Going through the motions because I have to. The motions sort of kept me going. <br><br>It is like riding a bike. As long as keep on going the chances of falling down are slim. <br><br>Or so I thought.  <br><br>6 years ago I was forced to take some time off.  It was the worst time, feeling completely out of control. <br><br>Unfortunately, I had to take some time off again. I am disapointed with myself. Disapointed that I didn&#8217;t see the signals.
